Agribank Party Committee organizes the first online contest to learn about Party building work in the system - 2024

Towards welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, in order to raise the awareness of cadres, party members and employees about the Party's leadership and direct and comprehensive direction in all aspects of Agribank 's activities, promoting the responsibility and internal strength of the entire system in Party building work, from November 11, 2024, the Agribank Party Committee organized the first Online Contest to learn about Party building work in the Agribank system - 2024 for cadres, party members and employees in the entire system. This is an activity of profound political significance, contributing to improving the quality of propaganda work, political and ideological education and strengthening the spirit of solidarity, cohesion, contributing to Party building, building the political system, making Agribank increasingly developed and sustainable.

After implementing the system-wide Party Committee model, currently, the Agribank Party Committee has a scale of 226 affiliated party organizations with more than 23,500 party members. Determining that Party building work is always a key task, the Agribank Party Committee has constantly innovated, improved the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party Committee, Party organizations and the quality of Party members in the entire Party Committee to suit the new model. Under the leadership and close direction of the Party Committee Standing Committee, the awareness of Party building work of the entire system has gradually changed clearly and effectively, creating unity in implementing Party building work and performing political tasks.

Implementing Directive No. 35-CT/TW on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress, to prepare for the 2020-2025 term review and to do a good job of information orientation and propaganda towards the 4th Central Business Bloc Party Congress, the 11th Agribank Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, in order to innovate and diversify forms of propaganda, launch emulation movements through learning to raise awareness, comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of Party building work associated with the spirit of self-awareness of the whole system, the 1st Online Contest to learn about Party building work in the Agribank system - 2024 will be organized online, applying science and technology, reducing costs, creating conditions for each cadre, party member and employee of Agribank to have the opportunity to participate, raise awareness and gain knowledge. Each officer can participate in the competition multiple times and the best result will be counted. The competition is expected to start from November 11, 2024 to December 8, 2024, including 4 competition weeks: Week 1 from November 11 - 17; Week 2 from November 18 - 24; Week 3 from November 25 - December 1; Week 4 from December 2 - 8. Based on the Competition Rules and competition results, the Organizing Committee will award weekly and final prizes to the best individuals and groups.

The contest, in addition to promoting Party building work, contributes to improving knowledge and understanding, and also fosters pride among cadres, party members and employees in the important position and role of the Party in the Agribank system. The contest also encourages creativity, efforts to practice and improve the political capacity of each individual in the process of working and serving customers. Through the contest, cadres, party members and employees in the system will have the opportunity to exchange and share experiences and initiatives in Party building work, thereby making practical contributions to building an increasingly strong Party organization, making Agribank increasingly developed and modern, affirming the position and role of one of the leading commercial banks in Vietnam.

With the meaning of being the first in-depth and extensive party activity on Party building organized on a system-wide scale, the Party Committee, the Board of Members, the Executive Board, and the Organizing Committee believe that the 1st Online Contest on Party building in the Agribank system - 2024 will attract the attention, enthusiastic response, and responsibility of all party committees at all levels, units, individual cadres, party members, and Agribank employees across the system, spreading the spirit of solidarity and determination to strive to successfully complete the goals and tasks of the Resolution of the 10th Agribank Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term and the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
