The Provincial Military Party Committee summarizes 15 years of implementing Directive No. 154 of the Central Military Party Committee.

On June 8, the Provincial Military Party Committee (PPC) held a conference to review 15 years of implementing Directive No. 154 dated April 9, 2008 of the Central PPC Standing Committee (now the Central Military Commission) on continuing to innovate and strengthen special propaganda work (SPM) in the new period (2008-2023).

Over 15 years of implementing Directive No. 154-CT/DUQSTW, Party committees and commanders at all levels in the provincial armed forces have thoroughly grasped and deployed forces to effectively carry out the task of TTDB, contributing to firmly grasping the local situation, maintaining political security in the locality, and at the same time building forces as a basis to carry out tasks when complicated situations arise. To improve the effectiveness of implementing the work of special information in the coming time, the Provincial Party Committee continues to thoroughly grasp the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on national defense and security tasks, on subjects and partners in the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, especially Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW (11th tenure) on the strategy of protecting the Fatherland in the new situation and the directives and instructions of the superiors on special information work.
