The delegation of the Ministry of Education and Training worked with the Steering Committee for the 2023 provincial exams.

On June 8, the working delegation of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) led by Ms. Ngo Thi Minh, Deputy Minister of Education and Training, Deputy Head of the National Steering Committee for the 2023 High School Graduation Exam, had a working session with the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2023 exams on the preparation and organization of the 2023 High School Graduation Exam. Receiving and working with the delegation was Mr. Phan Tan Canh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2023 exams.

In the 2023 high school graduation exam, our province has 6,121 candidates registered to take the exam. The whole province has arranged 17 exam sites with 259 exam rooms and 27 waiting rooms located in 7 districts and cities. The number of personnel working on the exam is expected to be about 1,000 people. To prepare conditions for organizing the exam, the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Education and Training have issued documents directing, guiding, and assigning specific tasks to members of the Steering Committee, agencies, departments, branches at all levels and localities. The work of propaganda, dissemination, and dissemination of exam regulations has been strengthened, with full and timely information. The Department of Education and Training has also issued a decision to organize 2 inspection teams to prepare for the 2023 high school graduation exam at high schools and the Provincial Continuing Education and Vocational Guidance Center. The work of organizing transportation, accommodation for officials, teachers, parents, and candidates to the locality to supervise, grade, and take the exam; Supporting candidates in difficult circumstances; preventing and fighting epidemics; ensuring security, safety, and confidentiality... has been directed by the Provincial People's Committee to sectors and localities to develop plans and seriously implement them, ensuring the best conditions for the successful organization of the exam in the province.

At the meeting, members of the working delegation of the Ministry of Education and Training discussed and clarified some contents on the preparation for the exam; at the same time, they noted some new issues to the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2023 exams to ensure the organization of a safe, serious, objective, and quality exam, creating the most favorable conditions for candidates.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Ngo Thi Minh acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparations for the 2023 high school graduation exam by the Provincial Steering Committee for 2023 exams. She requested the Provincial Steering Committee for 2023 exams to continue reviewing and preparing well the conditions to ensure the organization of the 2023 high school graduation exam safely, objectively, seriously, and accurately assessing the quality of learners. Focus on reviewing and having plans to ensure safety for all stages of the exam; ensure safety against fire and explosion, food hygiene and safety, epidemics, traffic safety, weather effects, etc.; do a good job of training and disseminating exam regulations, especially new points for the staff working on the exam and candidates; strengthen propaganda work before, during and after the exam, etc., contributing to creating consensus, trust, and support in public opinion and the people.

On behalf of the Provincial Steering Committee for the 2023 exams, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee sincerely thanked and fully accepted the comments and suggestions of the members of the Working Group, especially the direction and close attention of Deputy Minister of Education and Training Ngo Thi Minh in preparing and organizing the 2023 high school graduation exam in the province to continue to direct, inspect, and review to better prepare for the 2023 high school graduation exam in the province to be a great success.
