Preliminary round of the 2nd Ninh Thuan Province Ethnic Cultural Beauty Contest in 2023

As part of the series of events of the Ceremony to receive the UNESCO certificate recognizing "Cham pottery art as an intangible cultural heritage in need of urgent protection" and the Ninh Thuan Grape and Wine Festival in 2023, on June 8, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized the preliminary round of the 2nd Ninh Thuan Province Ethnic Cultural Beauty Contest in 2023. Comrade Tran Minh Luc, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended.

After passing the selection round, 24 outstanding candidates representing ethnic groups in the province continued to enter the preliminary round. In the preliminary round, the candidates took turns showing off their traditional costumes and performing their talents with many special performances such as: Singing, dancing, performing musical instruments... At the end of the preliminary round, the Organizing Committee will select the 10 best candidates to enter the final round held on the evening of June 17 at the April 16 Square stage (Phan Rang - Thap Cham City). In addition, the candidates entering the final round will participate in experiential activities within the framework of the Ninh Thuan Grape - Wine Festival in 2023.

Through the contest, the most beautiful and outstanding faces will be selected to be tourism ambassadors of the province and to participate in tourism promotion activities of the province.
