Evaluation of cultural criteria for civilized urban areas in new rural construction

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just issued an official dispatch guiding wards and towns in the province to evaluate cultural criteria for civilized urban areas in the process of building new rural areas. According to regulations, wards and towns recognized as civilized urban areas must meet 9 criteria, including criteria on urban culture and sports .

To achieve this criterion, wards and towns in the province must have cultural-sports centers or cultural houses with guaranteed facilities and equipment, managed and used for the right purposes.

During the process of building the new rural area, localities organize self-assessment of the implementation results of the criteria but have not yet reached the time of decision to be recognized. The results achieved can be considered as the basis for proposing recognition of districts and towns that meet standards or complete the task of building the new rural area.
