In the special episode, Siêu Bếp (broadcast on HTV7) introduces to viewers the Central region's feasts and the Southern Tet feasts prepared by artisan Ho Dac Thieu Anh and artisan Thu Tam - Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Chefs Association. Artisan Ho Dac Thieu Anh brings to the Central region a feast with 20 famous dishes in Hue royal Tet cuisine such as: spring rolls, phoenix tail rolls, lotus-shaped hong cake, dragon fruit royal salad, phoenix wing rolls, mai flower rolls, shrimp rolls, Lac Viet wet rice, royal chicken salad, fish maw cooked with stuffing, five-willow song than, white sticky rice with hon meat, braised tiger prawns, sea cucumber cooked with bat tien, kim quy rice, phuc loc tho sticky rice... or cakes and sweet soups such as: luong nghi sweet soup, fruit green bean cakes, five-color in cakes, kumquat jam, lotus tea...

Admiring the meticulousness of the Central Vietnamese Tet tray made by artisan Ho Dac Thieu Anh, director Nguyen Quang Dung said: "Beautiful dishes are rarely bad, because when people are meticulous in creating perfection in form, they must have also invested a lot in quality."

Bitter melon soup is never absent from Tet holiday trays.

The director of the film Southern Forest Land confided: "In fact, it is difficult for Vietnamese food not to be delicious, because our cuisine is influenced by two countries famous for their excellent dishes: China and France. However, the uniqueness of Vietnam lies in the saying 'measure your rice according to your fish sauce'. When dishes from these two countries came to Vietnam, Vietnamese people cleverly transformed them, using local ingredients to create unique dishes. Despite the influence, over time, these dishes have developed in their own way, choosing the best."

Coming to the special episode, Runner-up Vu Thuy Quynh recalled the memories of Tet in her hometown Dien Bien : "When Tet comes, not only the family but also the neighbors become closer, gather together, creating a warm and happy atmosphere. For me, Tet is the most anticipated time of the year, because this is when the family gets together to wrap banh chung, make gio, braised pork and prepare dishes before New Year's Eve. The feeling of cooking with the family, sharing the joy in each stage is what I love the most. After a year of hard work, the moment of gathering with the family during Tet is a priceless moment."
