Dien Bien announced the decision to transfer and assign work to two officials.

Specifically, in Decision No. 315-QD/TU dated December 2, the Standing Committee of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee decided to remove comrade Lo Thi Minh Phuong from the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; and transfer and assign the duties of Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, term 2025-2030 according to the elected position.

In Decision No. 316-QD/TU dated December 2, the Standing Committee of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee decided to remove comrade Vu A Bang, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, from the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2025-2030 term to transfer and assign the task of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

Comrade Mua A Vang (4th from right), Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front presented flowers and congratulated the two comrades.

Congratulating comrade Lo Thi Minh Phuong and comrade Vu A Bang on being assigned to work by the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee Tran Tien Dung also expressed his belief that the two comrades will continue to promote their capacity and working experience with the collective leadership, cadres and civil servants of the two agencies to perform well the assigned tasks, contributing to the development of Dien Bien province.

Previously, implementing the personnel work after the 15th Dien Bien Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, on the morning of November 10, Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to mobilize and assign work to 4 cadres who are leaders of departments and branches, including: Comrade Pham Duc Toan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, was mobilized to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee; Comrade Le Khanh Hoa , member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Office, was mobilized and appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Party Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary (full-time) of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; Comrade Nguyen Truong Giang, Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Office, was assigned to perform the duties of Acting Chief of the Provincial Party Office and Comrade Pham Trong Tai, Deputy Director of the Dien Bien Department of Construction, was mobilized to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Office.
