From there, customers can adjust their electricity usage in a more economical and efficient way through the website and Customer Care App of the Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC CSKH App) on smart phones.

In addition to the benefits for customers, using remote electronic meters also helps the Electricity industry reduce labor costs for meter reading, reduce the risk of occupational accidents during meter reading and management, and at the same time, accurate readings contribute to increased labor productivity. With regular data collection, Electricity industry staff can easily monitor the operating parameters of each measuring point, promptly detect cases of overcurrent, full load, phase deviation... to develop a solution to minimize incidents, ensure safe and stable power supply and improve reliability in power supply.

Thanh Thuy Electricity has linked with the banking system to provide automatic debt payment methods. The meter reading schedule as well as the schedule for temporary power outage, electricity consumption, payment amount, instructions for safe and economical electricity use... are all implemented by the unit in the network environment, making it easy for customers to monitor and understand. The entire process of providing electricity services at Thanh Thuy Electricity has been digitized, the rate of electronic transactions and providing level 4 online services has reached 100%. Receiving customer request documents is processed through the electronic system very conveniently and quickly, thereby solving the problem of accessing and checking information easily and conveniently. The electronic file storage system helps to access information promptly, serving customers to check documents online and propose quick updates and modifications.

Along with that, Thanh Thuy Power Company also applies science and technology in operation management such as: Checking the power grid with Flycam equipment, applying hotline porcelain cleaning technology, thermal cameras, electrical equipment ultrasound machines; connecting, repairing, cleaning on live power lines without having to stop the power supply, ensuring safe and continuous power supply to serve the production and daily life of the people.
