The Ninh Phuoc District Defense Zone exercise was successfully completed.

On August 30th, at the Nui Do training ground, located in Phu Thuy village, My Son commune (Ninh Son district), the Provincial Steering Committee for the exercise organized live firing as part of the district's defense zone exercise for Infantry Company 1 of the Ninh Phuoc District Reserve Battalion.

Attending the event were: Comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Deputy Head of the Provincial Exercise Steering Committee; Comrade Phan Tan Canh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Colonel Luu Xuan Phuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Exercise Steering Committee, and Commander of the Provincial Military Command; and members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Content Committee, the Provincial Directing Committee, and the training framework of Ninh Phuoc district.

Under the theme "Infantry Company 1 Attacks Enemy Airborne Landing," the officers and soldiers of Company 1, relying on the district's defense posture and infantry combat tactics, secretly maneuvered their forces, deployed their combat formations, approached the target, seized the opportunity, and moved their forces to the enemy's landing zone. They used firepower to destroy outer targets, launched assaults from multiple directions, and annihilated all enemy forces and equipment within the landing zone. They also carried out encirclement and division operations, destroying enemy units piece by piece, ultimately eliminating the entire enemy force, securing the battlefield, and safely withdrawing from the battle, ready for the next assignment. At the end of the live-fire exercise, provincial leaders, the content committee, and the directing committee presented gifts to congratulate the officers and soldiers of Company 1 for successfully completing the live-fire exercise, ensuring absolute safety for personnel and equipment.

Comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Deputy Head of the Provincial Exercise Steering Committee, encouraged the forces participating in the live-fire exercise.

Over the three days from August 28-30, 2023, the Ninh Phuoc district training exercise went through three phases: transitioning the armed forces to combat readiness, transitioning the locality to a state of national defense; organizing preparations for defensive combat operations; and conducting defensive combat operations. The exercise involved operating the mechanisms at the District People's Committee, organizing conferences, gathering information, proposing and implementing various leadership measures to handle situations in each phase. They also watched videos on the mobilization and reception of reserve soldiers, the operation of martial law, and conducted a live exercise of martial law in Phuoc Dan town. Simultaneously, they moved to the combat base at Nui Do to handle situations on a simulated battlefield and practice live firing.

With a sense of urgency, seriousness, and high responsibility, the Ninh Phuoc district's territorial defense exercise successfully completed all planned objectives. The district's exercise framework conducted the exercise seriously and rigorously. It flexibly applied the exercise's objectives, principles, leadership and management mechanisms, and the local situation in each stage, closely adhering to the exercise's content. Each participant clearly understood their respective roles and responsibilities. They strictly followed all regulations, rules, and conventions during the exercise, ensuring security and safety throughout.
