On the afternoon of October 26, the Central Economic Committee held a conference to implement the Politburo's decision on personnel work. Accordingly, the Politburo decided to transfer, assign, and appoint Mr. Thai Thanh Quy - member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Nghe An province - to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Economic Committee. At the ceremony, Head of the Central Organization Committee Le Minh Hung presented the decision and presented flowers to congratulate Mr. Thai Thanh Quy. Speaking here, Mr. Le Minh Hung said that Mr. Thai Thanh Quy is a cadre who has grown up from the grassroots, experienced many positions and many working units in Nghe An province. In the assigned position, Mr. Thai Thanh Quy always completed his tasks well and excellently, making very important contributions to the overall achievements and results of Nghe An province. Mr. Thai Thanh Quy was born in 1976, from Yen Thanh, Nghe An . He has a doctorate in economics, is a member of the Party Central Committee, term XII (alternate), XIII; and a delegate of the National Assembly, term XV. Mr. Quy has worked for a long time in Nghe An province, holding many positions such as Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation, term XV, Nghe An province.
