Dinh Hoa: Increasing the installation rate of the electronic Party Member Handbook

Being a mountainous area with difficult socio -economic conditions, many party members do not use smartphones or live in hamlets and villages in the "trough" of mobile signal, so the rate of party members installing the application "Electronic Party Member Handbook" of Dinh Hoa district is still low. Up to now, the whole district has 5,921/7,976 party members installing the application, equal to 74.24% (lower than the general rate of the whole province, which is nearly 90%).

Party members of the Center for Culture, Sports and Communication of Dinh Hoa district conduct searches on the Electronic Party Member Handbook application.

Party members of the Party Cell of the Center for Culture, Sports and Communication of Dinh Hoa district look up information on the application "Electronic Party Member Handbook".

Of the total 2,055 party members of Dinh Hoa district who have not installed the "Electronic Party Member Handbook" application, nearly 1,400 are exempt from activities, elderly, do not use smartphones or are party members in special units.

To increase the rate of party members installing the application in the coming time, Dinh Hoa District Party Committee has developed a plan, established a working group, assigned tasks to each member in charge of party cells and affiliated party committees; organized training and guidance for each party member.

Up to now, the District Party Committee has reviewed and standardized information (card number, full name, place of residence...) of 97% of Party members who have installed and used the "Electronic Party Member Handbook" application; updated directives, documents, resolutions, action programs, and projects of the District Party Committee Executive Committee on the application for Party members to conveniently monitor and look up...

The Dinh Hoa District Party Committee aims to strive for 100% of qualified party organizations and party members in the branches and party committees under the District Party Committee to complete the installation, account registration and standardization of party member information on the "Electronic Party Member Handbook" application by the end of August 2023.
