The Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Region affirmed that, thoroughly grasping the Party's policies and guidelines, over the years, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, and the Military Region 4 Command have always paid attention to and taken good care of implementing the regimes and policies for people with revolutionary contributions with the highest sentiment and responsibility.
He also expressed his wish that wounded and sick soldiers continue to uphold the tradition of Uncle Ho's soldiers, maintain their health, always be an example of overcoming illness and encourage their families and clans to continue upholding the tradition, making worthy contributions to the cause of building and developing their homeland. At the same time, he requested that the staff of the centers continue to uphold their responsibility, wholeheartedly and thoughtfully nurture and care for wounded and sick soldiers.

On this occasion, Colonel Nguyen Van An - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of Nghe An Provincial Military Command presented gifts from the Provincial Military Command to the two centers and the wounded and sick soldiers being treated there.
On the same day, the delegation offered incense to commemorate martyr Nguyen Ba Tuan, former Deputy Commander of Military Region 4, and visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to heroic Vietnamese mother Le Thi Luc, in Thanh Vinh ward.
