Thai Nguyen province delegation visits Warehouse 858

On the morning of April 5th, in Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa province, a delegation from Thai Nguyen province, led by Comrade Trinh Viet Hung, Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province, visited Warehouse 858, Naval Technical Department.

The delegation was briefed by the leaders and commanders of Warehouse 858 on the outstanding achievements in the performance of tasks by the Navy, the Naval Technical Department, and the Warehouse in the recent past.

The Chairman of Thai Nguyen province and his delegation planted a commemorative tree.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province expressed gratitude for the warm and thoughtful reception from the officers and soldiers of the units under the Naval Technical Department, while also sharing the difficulties and hardships faced by naval officers and soldiers in the cause of protecting the sovereignty and seas of the Fatherland. He affirmed that the Party Committee, government, and people of Thai Nguyen province always stand alongside and show special affection for naval officers and soldiers.

The delegation from Thai Nguyen province donated 150 coconut trees and 200 mango trees to the unit's grounds and barracks to green the area.

The group visits the Gac Ma Martyrs Memorial Area.

On this occasion, the delegation offered incense and flowers at the Gac Ma Martyrs Memorial. At the ceremony, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province and the members of the delegation expressed their profound respect and boundless gratitude for the immense contributions of the naval officers and soldiers in the cause of protecting the sovereignty of the nation's seas and islands.
