
Presenting to delegates about Tien Sa port, a representative of Da Nang Port Joint Stock Company said that Tien Sa port has a scale of 30 hectares and is one of the important seaports in the Central region.
Here, the container wharf is invested synchronously, with the capacity to receive ships up to 4,000 TEU (container capacity), considered the largest in the region, contributing to improving customs clearance capacity and competitiveness of the port.
By 2025, the total cargo throughput through Tien Sa port is estimated to reach about 17 million tons. Of which, container cargo will be about 850,000 TEU, reflecting the increased transportation demand of logistics and import-export enterprises. Currently, Tien Sa port's capacity is about 80%.

Information at Chu Lai port, in early 2025, Truong Hai International Transport and Logistics Company Limited (THILOGI, Truong Hai Group) put into operation berth No. 2, Chu Lai international port, capable of receiving ships with a capacity of up to 50,000 tons.
At the same time, the dredging of Ky Ha waterway to a depth of -9.3m was completed to accommodate large ships entering and leaving the port. THILOGI also cooperated with RCL shipping line to open a fixed shipping route Chu Lai - India, aiming to expand the international shipping network.
Through the survey program, delegates had a more comprehensive and intuitive view of the capacity and technical facilities of the logistics system of Da Nang city after the merger.
At the same time, create conditions for logistics service providers (ports, warehouses) and import-export enterprises to meet and exchange, thereby establishing new partnerships and optimizing the supply chain.
