(Dan Tri) - According to the latest update on the Tax Department's website, the related company Luong Bang Quang is also currently not operating at the registered address.

Based on the collected evidence, on October 23, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department issued a decision to prosecute Luong Bang Quang and Vo Thi Ngoc Ngan (Ngan 98) for bribery; Le Sy Cuong for bribery brokerage. At the same time, the order to temporarily detain Luong Bang Quang and Le Sy Cuong was issued.

Before being arrested, Luong Bang Quang, Ngan 98's husband, was also the owner and major shareholder of two businesses with capital of tens of billions of dong.

According to information from the National Business Registration Portal, Luong Bang Quang established Luong Bang Quang Joint Stock Company in January 2016. Its main business lines are creative, artistic and entertainment activities.

In April 2016, this enterprise changed its business form to Luong Bang Quang Company Limited. By March 2025, this enterprise increased its capital to 10.2 billion VND, the capital contribution ratio was not disclosed.

The second company related to Luong Bang Quang is Sugar Group Services Company Limited, which operates mainly in the field of short-term accommodation services. This enterprise was co-founded by Luong Bang Quang and Ma Tuan Vu in February 2024.

At the time of its establishment, Sugar Group had a charter capital of 3 billion VND with 2 shareholders contributing capital, including Ma Tuan Vu contributing 1.47 billion VND (49%) and Luong Bang Quang contributing 1.53 billion VND (51%). After that, the charter capital, ratio and role of Luong Bang Quang changed many times.

By May 2025, this enterprise will increase its charter capital to 55 billion VND. Of which, Luong Bang Quang, representing Luong Bang Quang Company Limited, holds 7.273% of the charter capital (4 billion VND).

According to the latest update from the Tax Department's website, Sugar Group has 1 head office and 4 branches. Of which, only the head office and 1 branch in Da Lat ( Lam Dong ) are still operating, the remaining branches have stopped operating.

In addition to the above companies, Ngan 98 and Luong Bang Quang also own two individual businesses, ZUBU and Chiu Chiu, respectively.
