The business owner has not yet presented documents proving the legal origin of 6 bags of raw flour used to make fresh vermicelli with a total weight of 403 kg.

The inspection team made a record of temporary seizure of exhibits to continue verifying the case and at the same time propagandized and reminded units and business establishments to promptly complete administrative procedures on food hygiene and safety, and promptly overcome some limitations to ensure good implementation of food hygiene and safety.
