However, everything is still in the negotiation process and there are many issues that have not been completely resolved, so Quang Nam Football Development Joint Stock Company still cannot answer exactly whether it will participate in the 2025-2026 season or not?!

This has invisibly made pre-season preparation for VPF and other teams very difficult.

In case Quang Nam continues to play, nothing will change. On the contrary, the tournament organizers will replace and supplement the 14 teams participating in the 2025-2026 season and re-draw lots.

By the end of the afternoon of July 25, according to information from the Quang Nam football team, Mr. Vo Van Hung will have a meeting with the leaders of Da Nang city and Quang Nam Football Development Joint Stock Company to finalize issues related to sponsors.

However, at 7:15 p.m. the same day, Quang Nam Club Executive Director Nguyen Trong confirmed to Thanh Nien that there had been no meeting and the finalization of the sponsor could only be confirmed as early as Monday (July 28, 2025).

In a related development, on July 24, Coach Van Sy Son and his assistants in the coaching staff were present in Tam Ky to complete paperwork, hand over work and pack their luggage to go home.

" At this point, we can only wait and pray for the best. However, if the team continues to be maintained, everything will be extremely difficult when the player force, which is already not good, is now scattered everywhere," Mr. Son confided.
