Quang Ninh Thermal Power Joint Stock Company currently manages and operates Quang Ninh Thermal Power Plant, which consists of 4 units with a total capacity of 1,200 MW. The company's average annual electricity production output is about 7.5 billion kWh; revenue reaches more than 11,000 billion VND; ensuring regular jobs and stable income for more than 800 employees. During the Lunar New Year 2025, the Company has fully deployed staff to operate the units and is ready for power generation in the dry season of 2025.

The Provincial Party Secretary talked and encouraged officers and employees of Quang Ninh Thermal Power Joint Stock Company to work during Tet.

Visiting and wishing a Happy New Year to the staff and workers of Quang Ninh Thermal Power Joint Stock Company, comrade Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, praised the efforts of Quang Ninh Thermal Power Joint Stock Company in production and business activities, contributing to providing stable electricity for the economy and ensuring national energy security.

The Provincial Party Secretary gave lucky money to the Company's staff at the beginning of the new year.

On the occasion of the New Year, he sent his best wishes to all the company's staff, workers and their families. He hoped that in the coming time, the company would promote the results it has achieved, continue to complete its production and business tasks well; ensure jobs and income for workers; and make positive contributions to the overall development of the province.

The Provincial Party Secretary and the delegation took souvenir photos with the Company's officers and employees.

The Provincial Party Secretary also emphasized that Quang Ninh is currently implementing a green transformation and energy transformation roadmap, in which one of the important solutions identified by the province is technology conversion for coal-fired thermal power plants. He asked the company to accompany the province in implementing this roadmap, contributing to the country's Net Zero goal by 2050.
