Comrade Dang Khanh Toan holds the position of Secretary of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee

On the afternoon of November 13, the Standing Committee of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo's Decision on personnel work. Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee chaired the conference.

Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee, presented the Decision to the new Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee, Dang Khanh Toan.

Also attending were Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Party Central Committee Office Nguyen Duy Ngoc; Party Central Committee members: Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee's Organization Commission Nguyen Quang Duong; Permanent Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee Office Lam Thi Phuong Thanh; Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee Office Pham Gia Tuc, former Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee.

At the conference, the leaders of the Central Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 1668-QDNS/TW dated November 8, 2024 of the Politburo deciding to transfer and appoint comrade Dang Khanh Toan, Deputy Chief of the Party Central Office, to cease holding the position of Deputy Chief of the Party Central Office; transfer and appoint him to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term and to participate in the Party Committee of Military Region 3 for the 2020-2025 term.

Presenting the Politburo 's Decision and offering flowers to congratulate the new Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee Dang Khanh Toan, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung emphasized that the Politburo recently decided to transfer and rotate comrade Pham Gia Tuc, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee, to the position of Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee Office. This is the Politburo's recognition of comrade Pham Gia Tuc in particular and the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee in general. The Head of the Central Organizing Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of comrade Pham Gia Tuc during the nearly 4 years as Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee; thereby creating many positive changes to promote the rapid and comprehensive development of Nam Dinh province.

Comrade Le Minh Hung stated that, in order to ensure the continuous leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Politburo decided to transfer and appoint Comrade Dang Khanh Toan, Deputy Chief of the Central Party Office, to hold the position of Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. Comrade Dang Khanh Toan is a fundamentally trained cadre who has held many important positions, directly assisting key Central leaders; and was trusted by the Politburo to be assigned the task.

The Head of the Central Organizing Committee hopes that the new Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee will promote the local tradition of dynamism and creativity; continue to lead and direct Nam Dinh to develop rapidly and sustainably; worthy of the expectations of the Central Committee. He requested that comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee pay attention and help Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dang Khanh Toan to successfully complete the assigned tasks; first of all, successfully organize the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, bringing Nam Dinh to rise stronger in the new era - the era of national development.

In his acceptance speech, the new Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee respectfully thanked General Secretary To Lam and the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Central Organizing Committee for their attention, trust, introduction, and assignment of new responsibilities. In his new position, the Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee affirmed that he will continue to make efforts, strive, wholeheartedly, impartially, uphold the pioneering and exemplary spirit, promote the knowledge, lessons, and experiences from his previous work; be modest, receptive, wholeheartedly serve the Party and the people, together with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, and the entire political system, unite, agree, and properly implement the Party's regulations and rules, promote collective intelligence to focus on leading and directing the success of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term; successfully organize Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Party Congress. Continue to perform well the task of building the political system and rectifying the Party; continue to resolutely, synchronously and effectively implement socio-economic development solutions, especially key local and central projects in the province.

Comrade Dang Khanh Toan, Secretary of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee, delivered a speech accepting the assignment.

Comrade Dang Khanh Toan believes that with the solidarity and unity of the entire Provincial Party Committee, the support and participation of all classes of people, Nam Dinh will certainly continue to promote its achievements and results, overcome difficulties and challenges, develop rapidly and sustainably, and contribute appropriately to the country in the new era - the era of national growth.

The Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee hopes to continue to receive the attention, leadership and direction of the Central Government, directly and regularly from the Politburo, the Secretariat, the National Assembly, the Government; the support and sharing of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, former leaders, veteran cadres of the province, and Party committees at all levels, political systems, cadres and Party members in the province to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Party and the people.
