Currently, the province has started 13 social housing construction projects with a scale of 4,564 units, completed 2,970 units, and is under construction of 1,594 units; the province has publicized and approved the investment policy for 10 new social housing projects in 2025, with a total scale of up to 11,000 units - a significant acceleration, these projects are distributed in many key areas: near industrial parks, central urban areas and neighboring areas such as Phuoc An commune, Phuoc Tan ward, Long Binh ward, Trang Bom, Ho Nai, Binh Phuoc ... to meet the real needs of workers, migrant workers, and low-income people. In addition, from now until the first quarter of 2026, the province will continue to start about 18 new projects, equivalent to 15,147 units.

Along with that, speed up the completion of technical infrastructure works of key projects to connect urban centers, industrial parks, and residential areas to create conditions for residents to buy social housing conveniently to go to work; at the same time, invite more interested investors to join hands with Dong Nai province to invest in social housing.

Currently, the province has planned about 765 hectares of land specifically for the development of independent social housing; at the same time, reviewing nearly 430 hectares of social housing land in the 20% land fund of commercial housing projects to request investors to invest in social housing construction. This is the land fund for the province to continue to invite social housing investors to pay attention to investment and construction in the coming time.
