At the meeting, the People's Committee of Dong Thap province presented a summary of the reports and the delegates voted to approve the draft resolutions such as: Regulations on liquidation of planted forests in Dong Thap province; Resolution stipulating the level of support for restoring agricultural production in areas damaged by natural disasters and epidemics in Dong Thap province; regulations on collection levels, collection and payment regimes for fees for granting Certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land in Dong Thap province.

Regulating the collection rates, collection regime, payment, management and use of fees for selection, recognition of mother trees, parent trees, forestry seed gardens, and seed forests in Dong Thap province; regulating investment levels and investment support in forestry in Dong Thap province.

In addition, draft documents were also presented at the meeting such as: Construction zoning plan for Cao Lanh 3 Industrial Park, Dong Thap province; regulations on tuition fees and tuition support for preschool children, high school students, and students of general education programs in educational institutions in Dong Thap province from the 2025-2026 school year.

Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dong Thap province Le Ha Luan presented the draft resolution at the meeting.

Regulations on payment levels for service organizations paying social assistance policies for social insurance beneficiaries, social pensioners, social assistance standards and other disadvantaged subjects in Dong Thap province; regulations on support levels for working days for militiamen and monthly allowances for hamlet (area, quarter) team leaders in Dong Thap province... These draft reports were voted and approved by delegates.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Chau Thi My Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Dong Thap province, emphasized: Through the review and preliminary assessment of the sectors and localities, out of 24 socio-economic targets and criteria, it is forecasted that 20 targets will be completed, while 4 targets must strive to achieve the set results.

Therefore, the People's Council of Dong Thap province requests the People's Committee of Dong Thap province, all levels, sectors and localities to take more drastic, responsible and effective actions.

In particular, Comrade Chau Thi My Phuong requested to urgently deploy, seriously and effectively implement the resolutions passed by the Provincial People's Council; the direction of the Central Government and the Provincial Party Committee in allocating and disbursing public investment capital and striving to disburse public investment capital in 2025 to meet the plan assigned by the Prime Minister; improve resource management and environmental protection; proactively deploy plans to prevent and combat natural disasters, promptly respond to storms, floods, high tides, landslides, etc.
