Around the evening and night of November 1, this cold air mass will affect the Northeast region, then affect the North Central region, some places in the Northwest and Central Central regions. Northeast wind inland will strengthen to level 2-3, coastal areas level 3-4.

During this cold spell, the weather in the Northern region has little change.
