During the September 2nd holiday, Sunset Town and Sun World Hon Thom tourist area donned a new look for the major celebration. Throughout the streets, squares, and famous check-in spots, the streets were adorned with the vibrant red and yellow flag, attracting tourists to take photos and join in the festive atmosphere celebrating Vietnam's National Day on September 2nd.

The most striking feature in Sunset Town these days is the giant Vietnamese flag, over 500 square meters in size, proudly displayed in front of the outdoor theater – the Kiss of the Sea, which boasts the world's largest water screen and seating capacity. The vibrant red flag fluttering in the seaside square has moved thousands of visitors, filling them with joy and national pride.

Particularly on September 2nd, 2025, hundreds of Sun Group employees gathered before the national flag to hold a solemn flag-raising ceremony. Simultaneously, a large LED screen at Sun World Hon Thom broadcast live the A80 military parade in Hanoi, celebrating the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day. Numerous international visitors expressed their admiration and emotion at this scene.
"I was truly surprised to see the giant flag and thousands of other flags brightly displayed everywhere. I was deeply moved by the Vietnamese people's love for the flag, and more importantly, their intense patriotism," shared Anna Roberts, a tourist from England.

At various corners of the town, tourist areas prepared activities such as painting conical hats with the red flag and yellow star, and marking places for tourists to leave their wishes. Numerous international visitors joined in painting conical hats, assembling them into a map of Vietnam, and leaving messages of good wishes for this important anniversary.

Every evening, Vui Phet night market is packed with tourists. Besides enjoying the diverse cuisine and shopping experiences, visitors can also immerse themselves in vibrant street performances, imbued with the festive spirit of the sea and islands.
Each stall here is meticulously decorated, both in terms of space and food, according to the A80 theme, as a way to spread love and pride for this major holiday to international friends.

Especially every evening, the "Kiss of the Sea" show becomes a magnet, attracting visitors from all directions. Besides the impressive performance of fire, water, lasers, lights, and music, the show also captivates every visitor with its nightly artistic fireworks display.

During the holiday season, before and during the "Kiss of the Sea" show, a nearly 1,000 m2 expanse of seawater is transformed into a seascape adorned with the red flag with a yellow star, creating a unique and unparalleled photo-taking space.
Priya Sharma, a tourist from India, emotionally shared: “When the fireworks exploded brilliantly in the sky, everyone joined in the shared joy. This is a memory I will never forget.”
