Hanoi City Job Information Portal is expected to open on November 26.

Hanoi Department of Home Affairs has issued Plan No. 6861/KH-SNV on launching Hanoi City's Job Information Portal and organizing a job fair on information technology.

The plan clearly states that the City Job Portal will be completed and upgraded from the website: vieclamhanoi.net, built as a centralized data center and "creating an online transaction environment for workers and businesses", applying artificial intelligence (AI) in collecting, processing and analyzing labor market information.

The system supports consulting, job referrals, labor supply, and human resource trend forecasting, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of job exchanges and increasing the connection rate between labor supply and demand in the city in 2025 and the following years.

According to the Plan, the 2025 IT Job Fair is organized to meet the needs of recruiting and using quality human resources, trained in depth in the field of information technology. The fair will provide labor market information to workers, trainees, students and units and businesses in Hanoi at the end of 2025.

The opening event of the Hanoi City Job Portal and the organization of the IT Job Fair with the participation of about 500 people.

The event is expected to take place from 8:00 a.m. on November 26, 2025, at the Hanoi Job Exchange at the Hanoi Employment Service Center (No. 215 Trung Kinh Street, Yen Hoa, Hanoi).

The event connects online with 14 satellite job exchanges in the following communes and wards: Ha Dong, Thien Loc, Vat Lai, Thach That, Viet Hung, Thuong Tin, Phu Xuyen, Dan Phuong, Soc Son, Gia Lam, Tu Liem, Quang Minh, Hoai Duc, Van Dinh.

Participants include: Units and enterprises in need of using labor in the field of information technology and schools and vocational training institutions in need of recruiting students in this field (about 25-30 units); students and trainees of universities, colleges, vocational training institutions in the city, especially students and trainees in the field of Information Technology (about 300 people); workers in need of finding jobs, changing jobs, learning a trade, exporting labor, learning information about the labor market...
