Hanoi City Job Information Portal is expected to open on November 26.

Hanoi Department of Home Affairs has issued Plan No. 6861/KH-SNV on launching Hanoi City's Job Information Portal and organizing a job fair on information technology.

The plan states that the city's job portal, upgraded from the website vieclamhanoi.net, will be built as a centralized data center and "create an online transaction environment for workers and businesses," applying artificial intelligence (AI) in collecting, processing, and analyzing labor market information.

The system provides support for job counseling, job placement, labor supply, and human resource trend forecasting, contributing to improving the efficiency of job exchanges and increasing the rate of labor supply-demand matching in the city in 2025 and subsequent years.

According to the plan, the 2025 Information Technology Job Fair will be organized to meet the demand for recruiting and utilizing high-quality human resources with in-depth training in the field of information technology. The fair will provide labor market information to workers, trainees, students, and businesses in Hanoi during the end of 2025.

The launch event of the Hanoi City Job Portal and the specialized Information Technology Job Fair attracted approximately 500 participants.

The event is scheduled to take place at 8:00 AM on November 26, 2025, at the Hanoi Job Exchange Center, part of the Hanoi Employment Service Center (215 Trung Kinh Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi).

The event connected online with 14 satellite job exchanges in the communes and wards of: Ha Dong, Thien Loc, Vat Lai, Thach That, Viet Hung, Thuong Tin, Phu Xuyen, Dan Phuong, Soc Son, Gia Lam, Tu Liem, Quang Minh, Hoai Duc, and Van Dinh.

Participants include: Units and businesses in need of IT professionals and vocational schools/training centers seeking to recruit students in this field (approximately 25-30 units); students and trainees from universities, colleges, and vocational education institutions in the city, especially those in the IT sector (approximately 300 people); and workers seeking employment, career changes, vocational training, overseas employment, and information on the labor market.
