Today (September 9), the special event of Vietnam National Day with many unique activities, introducing and promoting cultural identity, affirming Vietnam's potential and aspiration for national development officially took place at the World Exhibition EXPO Osaka, Kansai (Japan).

National Day is the highest-level event of each country at EXPO, demonstrating national presence, enhancing political and cultural exchanges and promoting bilateral economic cooperation. In particular, this is not only an opportunity to promote the prestige, capacity and identity of Vietnamese brands in the international arena, but also a practical foundation to promote trade-investment-tourism cooperation, especially in the Japanese market, one of Vietnam's comprehensive strategic partners and key export markets.

Therefore, Vietnam National Day at EXPO 2025 is a special occasion to comprehensively introduce the country, people and culture of Vietnam to international friends. The event is even more meaningful when we have just celebrated the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2.

According to information from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, within the framework of the event, many unique cultural and artistic programs, promotional and exchange activities are being and will be organized, aiming to bring visitors vivid, interesting, profound and memorable experiences.

Notably, the unique space of the Exhibition House, which demonstrates Vietnam's potential and spirit of integration, was opened at this world's largest exhibition event organized and operated by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with an area of 300 square meters.

With the theme “An inclusive society where people are centered”, the Vietnam Exhibition House wants to aim towards the common theme of EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai - “Designing Future Society for Our Lives”.

In addition to the exhibition activities, Vietnam's multi-channel and synchronous communication campaign has been deployed, including introductory publications (print and electronic), banners, standees, leaflets, digital media and domestic press... to widely spread the message and image of Vietnam's National Brand to a wide range of international friends.

EXPO Osaka 2025 is an important forum for countries to introduce their identities, affirm their positions and expand cooperation connections on a global scale. It is also one of the three largest events in the world, taking place from April 13 to October 13 on the artificial island of Yumeshima in Osaka, with the participation of 158 countries and international organizations.

Previously, on September 8, within the framework of his visit to Japan and participation in the Vietnam National Day at EXPO 2025, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long received Governor of Osaka Prefecture Yoshimura Hirofumi. At the event, the Deputy Prime Minister expressed his delight at the good development of the Vietnam-Japan Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
