The signing ceremony and high-level conference of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime ( Hanoi Convention) took place over two days, October 25 and 26, in Hanoi, leaving a profound mark and ushering in a new era for global cooperation in the digital age.
2,500 delegates from 119 countries and territories, 110 official national delegations, 150 multilateral organizations, civil society organizations, academics, and leading technology corporations participated in the signing ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime.
This is considered a historic milestone in the process of building a global legal framework to effectively combat cybercrime.
