Nearly 1,000 households received support and compensation for the Kim Thanh 2 industrial park project.

Up to now, the entire Kim Thanh commune (Hai Phong) has nearly 1,000 households receiving support and compensation for land acquisition with an amount of nearly 500 billion VND.

Kim Thanh Commune Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council pays compensation to people whose land was recovered in Dai Tien village.

According to the People's Committee of Kim Thanh commune ( Hai Phong ), by November 7, 2025, the commune will complete the public announcement of the compensation and resettlement support plan for more than 1,000 households whose land area is recovered for the Kim Thanh 2 Industrial Park Project in 7/10 villages (reaching more than 40% of the total number of households with recovered land area).

To date, the entire commune has nearly 1,000 households receiving support and compensation for land acquisition with an amount of nearly 500 billion VND. On November 6 and 7 alone, the Commune Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council paid more than 210 households with an amount of over 102 billion VND in Dai Tien village.

The Kim Thanh 2 Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Business Investment Project (Phase 1) is invested by Hung Yen Investment and Development Corporation (Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation), using 243.63 hectares of land (including the 18.68 hectares of river area that remains intact) in Dai Duc and Tam Ky communes of the former Kim Thanh district. The project has a total investment capital of VND 3,403 billion, and was implemented by the former Kim Thanh district to clear the land from the beginning of March 2025 with more than 2,600 households having to reclaim land.

Kim Thanh commune strives to investigate, survey, recover land, approve compensation plans, and support agricultural land areas in 9 villages of Dai Duc cluster in 2025.
