Attending the meeting were comrades: Ma The Hong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province; Hau Minh Loi, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of departments, branches, and sectors; Provincial Police, Provincial People's Procuracy; leaders, former leaders, officials, and civil servants of the People's Court of Tuyen Quang province through the periods.

On September 13, 1945, President Ho Chi Minh signed Decree No. 33C, establishing the Military Courts. This was an important milestone, opening the birth of the People's Court system. During the 80-year journey of construction and development, under the absolute and direct leadership in all aspects of the Party and the supervision of the people, the People's Court system of Tuyen Quang province has continuously grown, affirming its particularly important role in the revolutionary cause, building and defending the Fatherland.

In recent years, the trial work of the Court has achieved many outstanding results, always exceeding the targets assigned by the National Assembly and the Supreme People's Court . The period of 2013 - 2025 marked a profound and comprehensive development in the organization and operation of the two-level People's Court of Tuyen Quang province. The two-level People's Court has accepted over 38,000 cases of all kinds; resolved and tried 38,111 cases, reaching a rate of 99.8% (of which 4,788 criminal cases were resolved with over 9,000 defendants; 14,096/14,267 civil, marriage and family, commercial and labor cases were resolved, reaching a rate of 99%). Administrative measures were applied at the Court to resolve 239/239 cases, reaching 100%...

Since July 1, 2025, the People's Court of Tuyen Quang province has seriously and effectively implemented the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus, ending the operation of the district-level People's Court. Accordingly, the two-level People's Court system, including the Provincial People's Court and 8 regional People's Courts, always promotes responsibility, improves the quality of adjudication, ensures fairness and objectivity, and does not interrupt the work and legitimate rights of the people.

With the results achieved over many years of striving and efforts of generations of leaders, cadres, civil servants and workers, Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Court has been honored to receive many Certificates of Merit, Certificates of Merit, and Emulation Flags from the Prime Minister, the Supreme People's Court, the Ministry of Justice, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee; and was honored to receive the "Labor Medal" of First, Second and Third Class from the President...

Faced with new tasks with many difficulties and challenges, in the coming time, the Provincial People's Court Party Committee will continue to lead the two-level People's Court to strictly implement the Party's policies and the State's laws on judicial reform, ensuring fair, objective and lawful trials, with the motto "trial is the focus, litigation is the breakthrough".

At the same time, build a team of cadres with courage, ethics, and solid expertise, promote the application of information technology, digital transformation, and enhance publicity and transparency. In addition, closely coordinate with agencies and localities in law enforcement, contributing to maintaining security and order, serving socio-economic development in Tuyen Quang province.
