On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024, Ninh Khanh Prison (located in Ninh Van commune, Hoa Lu district) has been fully preparing conditions to take care of prisoners' material and spiritual needs during the New Year; at the same time, properly implementing the lenient policy of the Party and State on reducing sentences for prisoners on this occasion.

Present at Ninh Khanh Prison on December 28, we felt the bustling, warm atmosphere when the prisoners participated in many activities to prepare for the traditional New Year; along with that was the joy and excitement of the prisoners whose sentences were reduced to return home to reunite with their families.
