Accordingly, working groups of the Provincial Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine worked with 77 communes and wards in the Tay Gia Lai area.
The main content is to strengthen inspection, supervision, and disease prevention in livestock herds; urge, guide, and support records for farms and businesses investing in the livestock sector to soon come into operation.

Along with that, encourage livestock farmers in disease-free areas to promptly re-herd and not leave barns empty; propagate and mobilize large livestock enterprises to expand their livestock herds, ensuring food supply from now until Tet and the months after Tet.
In particular, communes and areas where epidemics have occurred continue to organize disinfection, sterilization, and cleaning of barns; and guide breeders to soon re-herd.
In addition, communes and wards proactively coordinate with specialized agencies to fully count the number of livestock; develop plans for livestock development in the direction of biosafety and disease prevention in accordance with local advantages.

According to information from the Provincial Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, after the merger, the number of livestock in the province is quite high. As of September 2025, the total herd of cows is 807,465; the herd of pigs is 1,789,963; the herd of poultry is 17,846,000...
In particular, the Tay Gia Lai area is considered the key livestock development area of the province, ensuring adequate food supply from now until the end of the year.
Currently, the whole province has 244 investment projects in the livestock sector; of which, the western part of the province has 209 projects, the eastern part of the province has 35 projects. Of these, 152 projects have been granted investment policy decisions by the Provincial People's Committee, 92 projects are submitting documents for investment policy approval.
