DNO – On the afternoon of May 9th, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Trade adjusted retail gasoline and diesel prices. Accordingly, the price of RON95 gasoline decreased by 1,411 VND/liter.

The price of RON92 gasoline decreased by 1,288 VND/liter, to 22,623 VND/liter; the price of RON95 gasoline decreased by 1,411 VND/liter, to 23,544 VND/liter.
Similarly, the prices of petroleum products were also adjusted downwards by 160-843 VND/liter. Specifically, the price of diesel decreased by 759 VND/liter to 19,847 VND/liter; the price of kerosene decreased by 843 VND/liter to 19,701 VND/liter; and the price of fuel oil decreased by 160 VND/kg to 17,503 VND/kg.
Thus, from the beginning of the year until now, gasoline and diesel prices have been adjusted upwards 11 times and downwards 9 times.
In this price adjustment period, the Inter-Ministerial Committee continues to neither allocate funds nor utilize the Fuel Price Stabilization Fund for RON92 gasoline, RON95 gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, and fuel oil.
