Dissolution of 2 National Steering Committees

Kinhtedothi - Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has just signed a Decision to dissolve the Steering Committee for the Construction of the National Assembly House and the Steering Committee for the National Urban Development Program for the 2012-2020 period.


The Decision clearly states that two inter-sectoral coordination organizations established by the Prime Minister will be dissolved, including:

The Steering Committee for the Construction of the National Assembly was established in Decision No. 864/QD-TTg dated July 10, 2007 and was completed in Decision No. 2410/QD-TTg dated December 19, 2011 of the Prime Minister.

The Steering Committee for the National Urban Development Program for the period 2012 - 2020 was established in Decision No. 919/QD-TTg dated June 11, 2013 and was completed in Decision No. 220/QD-TTg dated February 4, 2016 of the Prime Minister.

This Decision comes into force from the date of signing and promulgation (March 18, 2025).

Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of Government agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities, members of the Steering Committee for the Construction of the National Assembly and the Steering Committee for the National Urban Development Program for the 2012-2020 period are responsible for implementing this Decision.
