Provincial Police Director dialogues with commune-level police youth

On the afternoon of March 27, in Ha Long City, the Provincial Police organized a dialogue conference in direct and online form between the Party Secretary, Director of the Provincial Police with officers and youth union members of the Police of communes, wards and towns in Quang Ninh province in 2025.

Since the termination of the District Police Department, the Commune Police Department has received special attention, direct leadership, and comprehensive guidance in all aspects of its activities from the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department. However, the implementation of the new model has encountered many difficulties and obstacles, especially in resolving issues that previously fell under the jurisdiction of the District Police Department.

On that basis, Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Party Secretary and Director of the Provincial Police, assigned the professional departments to research and advise the Provincial Police leaders to promptly issue regulations, organize training, provide guidance, and create conditions for the Commune Police to comprehensively improve their working capacity; promptly meet the requirements of resolving complicated security and order issues arising from the beginning and at the grassroots level.

At the same time, the Provincial Police Director also directed the Commune Police to proactively follow current regulations to perform the functions and tasks of the police; continue to advise local Party committees and authorities to strengthen the Party's leadership in ensuring security and order. In addition, the Commune Police need to comprehensively improve professional activities; promote the vanguard and creative spirit of the police youth to be ready to complete all assigned political tasks; ensure local security, for the peace and life of the people.
