Director of Department of Industry and Trade is authorized to handle 139 administrative procedures

The City People's Committee issued Decision No. 1401/QD-UBND authorizing the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade to receive, appraise and resolve 139 administrative procedures under the authority of the City People's Committee. The authorization period ends on February 28, 2027.

Accordingly, administrative procedures in the fields of: international trade, import and export, domestic circulation of goods, gas trading, trade promotion, multi-level sales management, e-commerce, chemicals, industrial explosives, heavy industry, occupational safety and hygiene, science and technology, minerals, electricity, dam safety, hydroelectric reservoirs, oil and gas, goods and products, quality measurement standards.

On September 11, the Department of Industry and Trade announced that, according to Decision No. 1234/QD-UBND of the City People's Committee on promulgating the list of administrative procedures implemented regardless of administrative boundaries in Da Nang City, there are 127 administrative procedures under the authority of the Department. These procedures will be updated on the Public Service Portal integrated into the National Public Service Portal dichvucong.gov.vn; posted on the Department's website and posted on the 1st floor of the City Administrative Center (24 Tran Phu, Hai Chau Ward) to facilitate searching, receiving results, and surveying and assessing the level of satisfaction with the entire online profile.
