Da Huoai Commune has now expanded its space, with great room for development, so first of all, it is necessary to build a team of Party committees from the grassroots up, who must be people with heart and vision, enthusiastic about the Party and the people, with a firm and clear stance and viewpoint. In particular, the leadership team must have intelligence, new thinking and ideas.

To do this, first of all, I hope that the leadership team needs to identify the people as the root, the cadres from top to bottom must be close to the people, care about the people's lives both materially and spiritually. Therefore, the selection of leaders in the Party and in the government must be truly qualified, with stances, views, and ideologies following the Party's innovation policy.

In particular, the new term Party Executive Committee of Da Huoai commune must be united and unified, without any distinction between the new and old communes. I think the congress needs to outline an action program for the three old communes to develop together in a balanced manner. In addition, the new commune leadership needs to promote attracting investment projects to the locality to create jobs for the people.

Currently, the average income per capita of Da Huoai commune has reached more than 75 million VND/year. This is thanks to the local people focusing on restructuring crops and livestock. Along with that, the authorities at all levels have always accompanied and supported the people in many different forms and programs.

After the reorganization, Da Huoai commune will have advantages in expanding space and development scale; key programs, key works, and large projects implemented in the commune will contribute to creating momentum to promote growth rate, expand the potential and development scale of the economy. That is an important foundation for Da Huoai commune to reach new aspirations: the aspiration for comprehensive, sustainable, rich, beautiful, civilized, and affectionate development.

On the eve of the Congress of the Party Committee of Da Huoai commune, term 2025-2030, I hope that the new leadership team needs to propose solutions to shape local development close to the actual situation to promote economic development and improve people's lives.

Hopefully, there will be better changes, people's lives will be improved and developed in the coming years. From now on, children will have better learning conditions, road infrastructure will be invested in, upgraded and expanded. Agricultural production activities will also be more favorable when the functions and powers of the district have been transferred to the commune.
