Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh inspected the traffic routes in the Southeast of the province.

On the afternoon of November 4, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh inspected two key traffic projects in the Southeast of the province, including N26 road (Tanh Linh commune) and the project to upgrade and expand Z30A road (Tra Tan commune).

Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh directed Tra Tan commune to complete land pricing before November 20.

Route N26 has its starting point connecting with DT720, next to Tanh Linh Commune Police Headquarters and Post Office , and its end point connecting with the road to Dong Me village. The route is 1.215km long, the roadway is 15m wide, the sidewalk is 6m wide on each side, and the median strip is 4m wide. The project includes 2 bridges: Suoi Cat Bridge is 45.37m long, Suoi Lao Bridge is 17.4m long. The road surface is asphalt concrete.

In addition, the project also upgraded the branch roads of the fish farm residential area with a total length of 1,140 km, paved with asphalt concrete. The water supply and drainage system, trees, medium and low voltage power lines... total investment of 157 billion VND, supported by the central budget. To date, the project has disbursed more than 11.5 billion VND, reaching 19.2% of the plan. The route under construction is on schedule and requested to cut a part of the first route...

Route N26

The project to upgrade and expand Road Z30A, Tra Tan commune has a length of 8 km, a roadbed width of 14 m, a road surface width of 13 m, and a 0.5 m wide sidewalk on each side. The total investment capital is 69.9 billion VND, invested by the Duc Linh Area Construction Investment Project Management Board, from the provincial budget. The project implementation period is 3 years, the construction contractor is Quan Trung Trading and Production Company Limited.

The project started construction on December 27, 2024, and the project's construction period has been extended to December 31, 2025. To date, the project has completed a total volume of about 25% of the contract value. During the construction process, there were problems with the site clearance of 3 households and the work of measuring cadastral records has been completed. In addition, the Duc Linh Area Construction Investment Project Management Board is coordinating with the People's Committee of Tra Tan commune to speed up the progress of mobilizing the site clearance of 10 households stuck with gates and fences.

Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh encouraged Mr. Le Van Hoe in Tanh Linh commune to hand over the site soon so that route N26 can be completed on schedule.

Through the report and actual inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh directed: For the upgraded and expanded route of Road Z30A, the People's Committee of Tra Tan commune coordinated with the investor, the Duc Linh Area Construction Investment Project Management Board and the Lam Dong Province Land Fund Center Branch No. 1, the Department of Agriculture and Environment to urgently complete the land price before November 20. The investor increased supervision of the construction progress, reported the progress weekly to the province, closely monitored to try to complete on schedule by the end of the year.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh criticized the construction unit because the site had been handed over over 90% but the construction volume had not yet met the requirements, saying that the cause was subjective, not objective. He requested that if the progress was not ensured, the province would take strict measures.

In response to that direction, the Duc Linh Area Construction Investment Project Management Board pledged to coordinate with contractors to focus on human resources and equipment, speed up progress to complete 100% of the contract volume in 2025; the remaining part will be transferred to 2026 after completing site clearance for households with problems.

Construction of Z30D route

At the N26 road construction site (Tanh Linh commune), the project is being implemented on schedule and has arranged resettlement land for 6 households. Lac Tanh commune People's Committee said that on November 15, it will announce specific land prices to carry out compensation and support for the people.

Reporting to the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Tanh Linh Area Construction Investment Project Management Board proposed to cut a part of the road head, with a total value of about 22 billion VND. After a field inspection, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh agreed with this proposal because it was suitable for the actual situation, ensuring the progress of public investment disbursement and bringing economic efficiency to the project.

The Vice Chairman requested the People's Committee of Tanh Linh commune to speed up the site clearance work in November, and at the same time, the Tanh Linh Area Project Management Board must complete the proposal to reduce the route and send it to the Department of Finance to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and approval.
