For individual customers depositing savings for 1 and 2 months, BIDV lists interest rates at 1.7% per year. For 3-5 month terms, BIDV lists interest rates at 2% per year.

Savings interest rates at BIDV for terms from 6 to 9 months are at 3%/year. Customers depositing for 12 to 36 months receive the highest interest rate at 4.7%/year.

Customers who deposit money without term will receive interest rate at 0.1%/year.

You can refer to the interest calculation method to know how much interest you will receive after saving. The interest calculation formula is as follows:

Interest = Deposit x deposit interest rate %/12 x number of months of deposit.

For example, you deposit 800 million VND into BIDV bank, term 12 months and enjoy interest rate 4.7%/year, the interest received is as follows:

800 million VND x 4.7%/12 months x 12 months = 37.6 million VND.
