The official document states: On September 8, 2025, the City's Emulation and Commendation Board received Submission No. 744/TTr-SNNMT dated September 8, 2025, from the City's Department of Agriculture and Environment and No. 5314/TTr-SNV dated September 5, 2025, from the City's Department of Internal Affairs, proposing the awarding of the Third-Class Labor Medal to collectives and individuals.
The collective, Bao Minh Agricultural Products Processing and Trading Joint Stock Company, has achieved outstanding results in linking, building, and developing a production and consumption chain for safe specialty agricultural products (rice); connecting and promoting agricultural trade between Hanoi and other provinces and cities, contributing to the socio -economic development of the capital and the country, from 2020 to 2024.
Mr. Nguyen Chi Doan, Deputy Director of the City's Department of Internal Affairs, has achieved outstanding results in advising on the development of local government during the period from 2021 to 2025, contributing to the socio-economic development of the Capital city.
Based on Clause 2, Article 44 of Government Decree No. 152/2025/ND-CP dated June 14, 2025, which stipulates the public disclosure of the list of collectives and individuals nominated for commendation on the city's media outlets, in order to provide a basis for reporting to the City Emulation and Commendation Council for review before submitting to higher authorities for commendation, the City Emulation and Commendation Board publishes the information to solicit public opinion on the aforementioned collectives and individuals.
Feedback should be sent to the City's Emulation and Commendation Board (No. 37, Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi City) within 10 working days from the date of publication of this information.
