Hanoi: From June 1, receive 100% of land security registration applications via online public services

The Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center said that from June 1, all applications for registration of security measures using land use rights and assets attached to land will be received entirely in the form of online public services.

The administrative procedures applied include: registration of security measures using land use rights and assets attached to land; registration of changes to security measures using land use rights and assets attached to land; deregistration of security measures using land use rights and assets attached to land; registration of notices of handling of secured assets, registration of changes, deregistration of notices of handling of secured assets being land use rights and assets attached to land; transfer of registration of mortgages on property rights arising from house sale and purchase contracts or from other property sale and purchase contracts attached to land.

Hanoi will receive administrative procedures on land online.

When submitting applications online, people and businesses will be exempted from 100% of administrative fees and charges according to Resolution No. 07/2023/NQ-HDND of the Hanoi People's Council (except for other fees not specified); and will be supported with costs for transferring results and administrative procedure records in Hanoi and to other provinces. In particular, people and businesses can submit applications anytime, anywhere, regardless of administrative hours. The reception time is increased, waiting time is reduced and the reception process is made transparent, following the motto of "no contact", "no paperwork", preventing possible troublesome acts.

People and businesses can submit land procedure documents online.

To submit applications online, citizens and businesses need to access the Hanoi City Administrative Procedure Information System at the link: https://dichvucong.hanoi.gov.vn/ . Next, log in with your VNeID account or through the national portal, then select the “Online Public Services” tab and enter the procedure name in the search box, then follow the instructions.
