According to the head of Dong Nai provincial government, to complete the 2025 growth target of 10%, the fourth quarter must achieve a minimum growth rate of 12.8%. Therefore, the remaining months of 2025 are the time for total effort and acceleration. The Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches, and localities to focus on implementing the assigned tasks in Decision No. 2331/QD-UBND, dated June 30, 2025 and a number of tasks from now until the end of 2025. In particular, tightening discipline and drastically disbursing public investment capital. In the last two months of this year, it is necessary to disburse the remaining VND 8,321 billion to achieve a disbursement rate of 100% of the planned capital assigned by the Prime Minister after deducting the extended capital and newly assigned additional capital.
Regarding budget collection, to achieve the target of 100 trillion VND according to the Provincial Party Committee's resolution, the remaining task for the last months of the year is 18,704 billion VND.
Along with that is strengthening planning management and attracting high-quality investment. The Department of Construction urgently completes, submits for appraisal and approval of general urban planning projects, general planning at commune and ward levels. Strengthens the promotion of selective investment attraction, prioritizing high technology, logistics, and finance to make Long Thanh a leading international aviation - logistics center. Continues to work with central agencies to remove difficulties and obstacles for about 270 backlogged projects in the province.
The entire political system is of one mind
Implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee, agencies, units and localities have been showing strong determination to jointly achieve the double-digit growth target this year.
Major General Nguyen Duc Hai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department, said: To contribute to the whole province in implementing the task of GRDP growth of 10% by 2025, Dong Nai Provincial Police strives to achieve 100% of the target of disbursing public investment for projects assigned capital by the Provincial People's Committee according to the plan.
Dong Nai Provincial Police has been allocated public investment capital for 10 projects, including 6 construction projects and 4 procurement projects. They have requested units and contractors to supply and install equipment, and commit to disbursing 95% of the plan by December 30, 2025, and 100% of the plan by January 31, 2026.
According to Provincial Party Committee member and Director of the Department of Finance Truong Thi Huong Binh, in order to achieve the target of GRDP growth of 10% in 2025, the Department of Finance has advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue plans and decisions, in which 128 key tasks need to be focused on. To date, 65 tasks have been completed; 63 tasks are being carried out, of which 51 tasks are periodic and regular in nature and the deadline for reporting results is at the end of 2025.
At the thematic conference on a number of key tasks and solutions in the last months of the year to achieve the 2025 economic growth target of the Provincial Party Committee on November 8, 2025, Comrade Vu Hong Van, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dong Nai Province and Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee stated that in order to complete the 2025 growth target of 10%, the whole province must seriously implement the viewpoint of "locality decides, locality does, locality takes responsibility" and the "6 clear" working method: "clear people, clear work, clear responsibility, clear authority, clear time and clear results". The Department of Finance recommends that the provincial leaders resolutely direct the completion of the remaining 63 tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to units and localities, following the "6 clear" motto: clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibility, clear products, clear authority.

Director of the Department of Construction Nguyen Anh Tuan said: To complete the key tasks of the construction industry in 2025, it is necessary to speed up the approval of general construction planning projects, construction zoning plans, and the preparation of urban and rural plans in accordance with the local authorities at 2 levels. Strive to complete 4,208 social housing units in 2025, achieving 100% of the target assigned by the Prime Minister and starting about 18 more projects (equivalent to 15,147 units) in the last 2 months of 2025 and the first quarter of 2026.
Comrade Thai Bao, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, emphasized: The remaining time in 2025 is not much, the whole province needs to focus highly on implementing 6 key tasks, ensuring key, key and breakthrough solutions to comprehensively complete the goals and tasks identified from the beginning of the year.
In particular, regarding state budget collection, the Department of Finance is assigned to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches and localities, striving to reach the milestone of 100 trillion VND. This is a historical milestone, an important turning point for Dong Nai province, affirming the position, management capacity and development of the province in the new period.
