According to Mr. Cuong, the water level of Ke Go Lake is at 31.83/32.5 m, equivalent to a capacity of 320/345 million ^m3 .

The rain has stopped, the amount of water flowing into the lake has decreased, and according to the forecast of the Ha Tinh Hydrometeorological Station, the high tide level will peak at 10am - 1pm, so the reduction in the overflow discharge of Ke Go Lake has contributed to the flood situation in the downstream area not becoming complicated.

The current spillway discharge at Ho Ho Hydropower Plant is 10 m ³ / sec.

Meanwhile, Mr. Nguyen Ba Tuan - Deputy Director of Ho Ho Hydropower Plant said: The upstream water level is 66.98m, the downstream water level is 22.8m, the water flow to the lake is 91 ^m3 /s.

At this time, the water flow through the generator is 34 ^m3 /s, the flow through the spillway is 10 ^m3 /s. There is no rain in the factory area.

Due to the influence of cold air combined with high altitude easterly winds, from the night of October 29 to the morning of November 3, there was rain in Ha Tinh. Particularly, the southern coastal plains had moderate rain, heavy rain, and in some places very heavy rain.

Rainfall measured at automatic rain gauge stations from 5:00 p.m. on October 29 to 7:00 a.m. on November 3 was generally from 600 mm to 1,328 mm.

The flooding situation at households up to now is 5,377 households, of which Cam Due has 2,434 households; Cam Binh has 2,184 households; Ha Linh has 9 households; Cam Xuyen has 227 households; Ha Huy Tap has 520 households; Dong Tien has 3 households; some inter-village and inter-commune roads are partially flooded.
