Support water filtration equipment for poor households in Muong Khieng commune

On December 2, the Son La Provincial Red Cross Society coordinated with the Vietnam National Petroleum Group - Petrolimex and the Investment Promotion and Sustainable Development Joint Stock Company (SIPCO) to organize the "Program to distribute water filtration equipment, act for the community and climate change" in Muong Khieng commune.

Within the framework of the program, the sponsors presented 200 water filtration devices to disadvantaged households lacking access to clean water in Muong Khieng commune. The sponsors also provided detailed instructions on how to install and operate the devices properly, helping households access safer water, reduce the risk of water-related diseases and improve daily living conditions.

On this occasion, the delegation also presented 21 boxes of cakes to Muong Khieng Kindergarten and Muong Khieng 1 Primary School, encouraging teachers and students. The total cost of the program was over 220 million VND.
