On November 3rd, Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy made a striking appearance in the national costume segment of Miss International 2024 held in Japan. The Vietnamese representative, along with over 70 other contestants, showcased vibrant costumes that celebrated the traditional cultural beauty of each country.

On stage, Thanh Thủy wore the "Lotus Silk" design by designer Bùi Công Thiên Bảo. The outfit combines a silk ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress) with traditional weaving techniques. To suit the performance, the designer simplified some details and reduced the weight to about 5kg, allowing Thanh Thủy to move easily on stage. Despite the elaborate design, Thanh Thủy confidently showcased her graceful and skillful movements.

Throughout the nearly one week of the competition, Thanh Thủy maintained a consistent performance. The beauty queen arrived on time, was well-groomed in all activities, and proactively chatted and filmed videos with other contestants.

In the talent segment, Thanh Thủy showcased her artistic silk dance skills. The highlight of the performance was the unique transformation effect when she turned a short, puffy white dress into a delicate pink gown, creating a special effect on stage.

Recently, Thanh Thủy was also interviewed by the reigning Miss International, Andrea Rubio , in the "Miss Microphone" segment. In the clip, Thanh Thủy spoke fluently in English.
