Talks between the delegation of agencies, departments and branches of Lang Son province, Vietnam and the delegation of Hefei city, Anhui province, China

On the occasion of the working visit to Vietnam of the Delegation of Hefei City, Anhui Province, China, on November 4, 2025, at Luong Van Tri Ward, Lang Son Province, the Department of Industry and Trade of Lang Son Province chaired the meeting between the Delegation of agencies, departments and branches of Lang Son Province, Vietnam and the Delegation of Hefei City.

On the side of Lang Son province, Mr. Bui Quoc Khanh, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade chaired the meeting, also attended by representatives of the leaders of the departments, branches and sectors of the province. On the side of Hefei city, Anhui province, China, there was Mr. Uong Ve Dong, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Hefei city, Anhui province, China, along with representatives of agencies , business associations of Hefei city, and enterprises of Anhui province investing in Vietnam.

At the meeting , the Heads of the delegations of the two sides gave an overview of the socio -economic development situation of each side. Lang Son province and Hefei city have similarities in strengths and industrial development needs, have many potentials and opportunities to promote friendly exchanges and substantive cooperation in the coming time, especially creating favorable conditions for businesses of both sides to survey and seek investment cooperation opportunities. Enterprises of Anhui province expressed interest in the province's industrial parks and clusters and the province's investment attraction mechanisms and policies. The Director of the Department of Industry and Trade introduced information and expressed his welcome and willingness to create favorable conditions for businesses of Anhui province to survey and invest in the province's industrial parks and clusters in the coming time. At the meeting, the two sides agreed to continue to maintain contact, visit each other and organize delegation exchange activities when conditions permit to coordinate research and propose practical cooperation contents in areas of mutual interest.
