Over the past 2 years, with the determination of the entire political system, the perseverance and persistence of the staff of civil servants in the whole province, especially the Dong Nai Provincial Police (the standing agency of the Steering Committee), the implementation of Project 06 in the province has achieved remarkable results.
Notably, the awareness and actions of all levels, sectors and people regarding digital transformation in general and the implementation of Project 06 in particular have changed positively; all levels and sectors have a clearer view of the current state of infrastructure, human resources, data, security and safety and the need for improvement to meet the requirements of implementing Project 06. Confidence in the success of digital transformation has been increased.
Many utilities from population data, citizen identification, and electronic identification have been provided, and people and society have enjoyed better and better benefits, such as: 38/53 essential public services related to people have been provided on the National Public Service Portal.
Colonel Tran Anh Son, Deputy Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police, reported a summary of the results of 2 years of implementing Project 06.
The issuance of the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on exemption and reduction of fees and charges when submitting administrative procedure settlement dossiers via Online Public Services has encouraged people to change their habits in performing administrative procedure settlement from manual to technology application.
Along with that, socio -economic development solutions continue to be promoted, contributing directly to economic development and improving the effectiveness of social governance, such as: completing the solution of using electronic invoices with codes from tax authorities; promoting non-cash payments in the fields of health, education, finance, etc.
Project 06 has contributed to changing the method of citizen management from manual, using documents to modern management methods, applying information technology. Saving time, effort, and facilities in building and operating specialized databases.
The work of ensuring security and safety of information systems and databases has received more attention, overcoming many shortcomings and deficiencies.

Concluding the conference, Mr. Vo Tan Duc, Acting Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee of Project 06 provinces acknowledged the results and efforts of units and localities over the past 2 years.
At the same time, affirming that, with the spirit of all for the benefit of the nation, people and people's interests, taking people and businesses as the center; the Departments and branches have demonstrated a sense of responsibility, proactively, actively researched, exchanged and coordinated to resolutely implement the assigned tasks, in which the Provincial Police has performed well the role of the standing agency of the Steering Committee, the Department of Information and Communications has performed well the role and responsibility in coordinating with relevant units, guiding units to implement pilot models.
Promoting the achieved results, in the coming time, Mr. Vo Tan Duc requested the Heads of Departments, branches, People's Committees of districts and cities to continue to enhance the responsibility of the leaders, be determined and resolute in directing the implementation of the Project at their agencies, units and localities; continue to thoroughly educate 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and armed forces to correctly and fully understand the meaning and importance of the Project, create unity in perception and action, further promote the combined strength of the entire political system in organizing implementation; Deploy solutions to accelerate the digitalization and cleaning of specialized data, especially civil status and land data sets and data sets on labor, war invalids and social affairs, insurance data and tax data.

Arrange qualified staff with knowledge of information technology to directly guide citizens in performing administrative procedures through public services to increase the rate of public service implementation throughout the province.

The Department of Home Affairs coordinates with the Department of Information and Communications to assess the current status of human resources in information technology of departments, branches and localities according to the requirements of appropriate expertise and technology at each level, propose specific mechanisms and reasonable remuneration policies to attract high-quality human resources to serve national digital transformation in state agencies.
Departments, branches, agencies, units, People's Committees of districts and cities direct officers who are granted accounts to look up citizen information from the National Population Database on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System to strictly comply with regulations and assigned functions to avoid disconnection and failure to ensure system security and safety, affecting the work of handling administrative procedures in the whole province.
The Department of Information and Communications speeds up the completion of upgrading the network infrastructure of the Dong Nai Provincial Data Integration Center. The Provincial People's Committee Office - Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Project 06 provinces, coordinates with the Provincial Police to monitor and urge the Departments and branches to implement tasks according to their functions.

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee also awarded Certificates of Merit to 10 collectives and 15 individuals with outstanding achievements over 2 years of implementing Decision No. 06/QD-TTg dated January 6, 2022 of the Prime Minister.
