(CLO) The emulation cluster of the Journalists Association of provinces and cities in the Northern Delta and Coastal region has just held a conference to summarize the emulation movement in 2024, deploy directions and tasks in 2025 and a professional seminar on "Press propaganda to implement Resolution 30/NQ-TW dated November 23, 2022 of the Politburo on socio-economic development in the Red River Delta region".

The emulation cluster of the Journalists Association of the provinces and cities of the Northern Coastal Delta includes 8 units of the Journalists Association of the provinces and cities: Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Thai Binh , Nam Dinh, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh; has more than 1,200 cadres and members and directly manages over 200 cadres and members who are reporters of resident agencies participating in activities with the local Journalists Association.

In 2024, under the close leadership and direction of the Standing Committee, the Central Standing Committee of the Vietnam Journalists Association and the Standing Committees of the Provincial and Municipal Party Committees, and the leaders of the People's Committees of the provinces and cities in the region, the Journalists Associations of the provinces and cities in the Northern Delta and Coastal Region have constantly innovated, improved the quality of professional activities, and built an increasingly strong Association; the team of journalists is increasingly professional, contributing to the successful implementation of emulation movements.

The Journalists' Associations of provinces and cities continue to seriously implement Directive 43-CT/TW dated April 8, 2020 of the Secretariat and the implementation plans of the Provincial and Municipal Party Committees on "Strengthening the Party's leadership over the activities of the Vietnam Journalists' Association in the new situation"; Plan 156-KH/BTGTW dated June 14, 2022 of the Central Propaganda Department on "Strengthening the direction, management and rectification of newspaper, magazine, electronic information page and social network activities in the current period".

Regularly directing and organizing association activities with specific and practical content helps cadres and members raise their awareness of maintaining political qualities and professional ethics, improve their professional skills, and make an important contribution to improving the quality of journalistic activities…

In 2025, the Journalists Association of provinces and cities in the Northern Delta and Coastal region signed an emulation agreement with the following contents: Implementing the study and fully grasping the contents of directives and resolutions of the Party and State; continuing to strengthen political and ideological education, propaganda orientation, regularly updating and fostering skills and modern journalism technology for members - journalists; promoting many forms of studying and following the example, ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh; striving for 100% of members and journalists to strictly implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, completing and excellently completing assigned political tasks; not violating the Code of Professional Ethics and the Press Law...

Also at the conference, delegates participated in a professional seminar on the topic "Journalism and propaganda in implementing Resolution 30/NQ-TW of the Politburo on socio-economic development of the Red River Delta region" in conjunction with the implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial/City Party Committee.

Thereby, contributing to creating high unity in awareness and action at all levels, sectors, cadres, party members and local people about the role, position and importance of regions and regional linkages, considering regional development linkages as an inevitable trend, a driving force for linkages and leading the development of localities...

Press agencies of provinces and cities also promote propaganda on regional and local planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.
