The event was accompanied by the Department of Culture and Sports of Hue City, the Hue Monuments Conservation Center. The production team included director Long Kan, designer Le Thanh Hoa, and music producer DTAP.
The opening performance was a combination of Hue Royal Court Music and Cup Dance. With the participation of 30 musicians and 24 cup dancers, the performance was a warm welcome from the host country to the international audience, and also a profound honor of the values of Hue's cultural heritage.

The highlight of the program was the launch of the Fall/Winter 2025 collection by designer Le Thanh Hoa, with performances by more than 70 Miss Cosmo 2025 contestants.
For the first time, a large-scale runway was set up right on the main axis of Ngo Mon Square, the stage crossed the lake, recreating the journey connecting the layers of feng shui space: land - water - heritage - people.
Inspired by the Imperial City and Hue Citadel, the collection is like a delicate bridge between the past and the present.
Designer Le Thanh Hoa skillfully conveys the image of mossy walls, ancient tiled roofs, dragon and phoenix carved door frames, along with traditional craft values: lacquer, enamel, royal embroidery, glass paintings, or traditional costumes such as Ao Ngu Than, Nhat Binh... All are recreated with modern techniques, creating a delicate symphony between heritage and contemporary style.

After the performance, the Miss Cosmo Organizing Committee announced the Top 5 Best Catwalk, including: Dayana Cardenas (Colombia), Gabriela Borges (Brazil), Mooham Chotnapa Kaewjarun (Thailand), Amys Napoles Ochoa (Cuba), Marcella Momoh (Sierra Leone).

On December 3, Miss Cosmo 2025 continued with the "Best in Swimsuit" activity at Hue Times Square.
After that, the contestants will go to Lam Dong to participate in Tea Connect Music - a cultural exchange activity, connecting the local community, and performing Carnival Costume. The final round is scheduled to take place in Ho Chi Minh City on December 20.
