Step up propaganda to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party, election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels

VHO - Dien Bien Provincial Culture and Cinema Center has just organized a report on the mobile propaganda program to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party, the election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

The program aims to promote propaganda activities to create a competitive atmosphere among cadres, party members, and people of all walks of life in Dien Bien province about the meaning and importance of the upcoming election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

Accordingly, the comprehensive mobile propaganda program includes 14 art performances and skits elaborately staged with content praising the Party, Uncle Ho, love for the homeland and country, expressing steadfast faith in the Party, pride in Uncle Ho's soldiers, praising the glorious Fatherland, praising the land and people of Dien Bien in the process of construction and development.

The highlight of the program is the integration of artistic performances, special skits with oral propaganda about the purpose and meaning of the 14th National Party Congress, election work, and the information story "Voting is a right - Participation is a responsibility" to help raise awareness for cadres, party members and people.

The propaganda program aims to create unity within the Party and social consensus to successfully organize the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals of the 13th National Congress, continuing to bring the country into a new era, an era of national growth.
