It is forecasted that from December 3 to December 5, in the northern communes and wards of the city, there will be rain, moderate rain, heavy rain in some places, and very heavy rain with common rainfall of 70-150 mm, in some places over 220 mm; in the southern communes and wards of the city, there will be rain, moderate rain, heavy rain, and very heavy rain in some places with common rainfall of 100-200 mm, in some places over 250 mm.
