Attending the event were Vice Chairwoman of Da Nang City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi; Deputy Director of Da Nang City Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Tan Van Vuong, along with representatives of leaders of departments, branches, customers, business partners... at home and abroad of Hoiana.
According to the representative of the Organizing Committee, the Christmas and New Year festival is being implemented synchronously by Hoiana throughout the resort, recreating the traditional beauty of the Central region through the language of contemporary art.

The main lobby space is decorated with bamboo, coconut leaves and recycled materials, creating a unique Christmas tree image, demonstrating the spirit of sustainable creativity.
In addition, Hoiana will introduce a series of special festive activities in December, including a festive culinary journey at restaurants with exquisite seasonal menus; exciting activities for children; and a vibrant countdown party and brilliant fireworks on the beach on New Year's Eve to welcome the new year 2026.
Hoiana also officially redesigned and reintroduced the Hoiana Rewards program with upgraded card levels and many exclusive benefits, providing personalized experiences for visitors during the festival season. Along with tourism and festival activities, social responsibility is always Hoiana's top priority.
During the ceremony, Hoiana donated VND500 million to the “Opening the Way to the Future” program initiated and maintained by VinaCapital Foundation. This fund was contributed through the Hoiana 2025 Charity Golf Festival, held at Hoiana Shores Golf Club – Top 100 best golf courses in the world on November 15. All profits from golf activities, cuisine and support from the golfer community and businesses have brought opportunities to continue their education journey for many disadvantaged female students.
Speaking at the event, Hoiana CEO Alan Teo shared: “This is the most wonderful time of the year and I am delighted to welcome all our distinguished guests to join Hoiana in kicking off the festive season with many special and exciting experiences. On this occasion, we wish to spread joy and warmth to those in more difficult circumstances through meaningful social activities. Wishing all of us a peaceful Christmas and a bright future for the students in the project."

"Opening the Way to the Future" was launched by VinaCapital Foundation in 2010, aiming to support ethnic minority female students in disadvantaged areas through a scholarship system and life skills education programs, contributing to opening the door to knowledge and sustainable career opportunities. To date, the program has supported nearly 3,000 students nationwide. Hoiana has accompanied VinaCapital in many different activities to create many sustainable values for the local community.
Previously, at the end of October 2025, in response to the complicated developments of storm Fengshen, Nam Hoi An Development Company Limited (Hoiana) proactively coordinated with the People's Committees of Duy Nghia and Thang An communes (Da Nang City) to deploy emergency support measures to ensure the safety of people in areas directly affected by the storm.
Accordingly, Hoiana has prepared more than 100 rooms in the Staff Village with full amenities such as blankets, mattresses, clean water and private toilets to welcome local people to take shelter from the storm if necessary. At the same time, the resort also provides free meals every day for evacuees, ensuring basic living conditions during the storm.
